When all mail belonging to one customer can be entered, one email is triggered containing a list of mail items in the body of the email.
To notify a customer of all their mail items in a single email
1. Click on the Mail Admin icon on the top task bar
2. Then, click on the Add batch mail button:
3. After selecting a specific user, you can enter all their mail at once and then click Add mail items to send them one single email notification
