To view mail that is requested to be forwarded and updating the mail item once the item has been
forwarded.
1. Go to Mail Admin
2. Click Forward Requested to view a list of mail items customers have requested to be forwarded
You may sort the forwards in ascending or descending order. To view the most recent forwards
requested view in descending order (arrow down)
3. Select one of the requested mail items to be forwarded by clicking the Forward Completed icon
4. Enter the amount for postage then click update
