Calls can be made from a cell phone or a land line by enabling outgoing calls. This allows customers to use their personal phone to make calls on their virtual phone, and their virtual phone number will be displayed in the outgoing calls. Customers must call their virtual Phone number and then enter the number they wish to call.
1. Search the customer to view their account by clicking on the Customers Icon
2. Search for the user in the search bar
3. Click on the customer’s username to view their account
4. Select the customer’s phone tab.
5. Select setup to enable outgoing calls or edit the number
6. Check the box next to Enable outgoing calls, then click Update.
