To re-assign a mailbox number:
- Go to the Customers List
- Click Assign PMB button
- Enter the customer's Mailbox number name
- Select a number from the available numbers in the list
Note: You can only assign numbers under the highest number assigned. If the current number assigned is 5000 then you cannot assign a number above 5000. If you do require to assign above the highest number please send a special request to support@spheremail.co.
