At the time of activation, the Operator account will be provided with 3 sample Plans that can be modified at any time.
- Go to Settings
- Click Plans tab
- Review the sample Plans and modify as required. These are Subscription Plans that the Operator is offering to new Customers and is unique to their location.
Important Note: Plans will automatically be visible on the SphereMail website unless a plan is set to hidden. An Operator may decide to turn off visibility until ready to advertise the Plan.
- To turn off visibility of a Plan, simply click on the edit button next to the Plan name.
- Uncheck the Make Plan Visible? option. Once the Operator is ready to make the Plan visible, this option can selected to turn on visibility of the Plan.
To change Plan conditions and other surcharges click the Plan Condition sub-tab.
