To view shred requests and to update the mail item once mail has been shredded.
1. Go to Mail Admin
2. Click Shred Requests to view a list of mail items customers have requested to be shredded. You
may sort the shred requests in ascending or descending order. To view the most recent shed
requests have the shred requests in descending order (arrow down).
3. Once the shred is complete, click the Shred complete icon, which looks like a trash can.
4. The customer will be not be notified via email when the shred is complete but it will be shown as shredded in their SphereMail account.
