Administrators assisting their customers:
- Go to Customers list page
- Click on the username of a customer
- Click "Add SpherePhone Live Receptionist" link
- Click "Get Started Button"
A customer may be to add live answering service (Self help)
- Customer logs in into their account
- Go to My Account
- Click Live Answering tab
- Select a plan
When the purchase process is completed the customer will be contacted to set up them and complete the process.
