The live receptionist will answer according to a customized "greeting" for each company. The greeting is prepared at the time of set up (max of 16 words) such as "Thank you for calling XYZ Company, how may I direct your call?" Please remember that the call can only be transferred once (ie. a landline or a mobile phone) and if it is not answered it will go into their voicemail or can be redirected to a separate online voicemail.
We plan to expand the service in the future by offering the ability to transfer to more than one person - this is on our development road-map.
