When an admin deactivates (cancel's) a customer's subscription or access, they are automatically set to an inactive state, however the mailbox number will remain attached to this customer. To free up their mailbox, you may change it to any number so that is can be used by another customer.
This customer's subscription will be suspended and no further payments are due.
Note: We recommend keeping the mailbox attached to an inactive customer in case they decide resubscribe which an operator would able to automatically charge a fee for reusing their old mailbox number, this fee can be setup in your plan page.
