When a customer is unable to login into SphereMail portal. Here are some of the steps to take to help them:
1- Ask the customer to use a different browser to login
2- Make sure they are attempting to login to the SphereMail platform and not other systems that may be integrated with your business
3- Make sure they are entering the correct username and password
4- Operators are able to reset their customer's password. Follow this link: "How to reset my customer's password"
5- Once you reset their password, log-out completely as an administrator from the system and try to login as the customer with the password you have updated.
