Operators can now schedule pick-up times and dates for their customers to pick up their mail!


To activate this feature follow the steps below: 

  • Go to your Business Settings 
  • Scroll down and go to the section titled "Schedule mail pickup times"
  • Check the box next to the days suitable 
  • Set the times suitable
  • Click the "Save" button 

On the customer's side, whenever they check a mail item for pickup, a popup window will allow them to set when they can pick up their mail items.


Operators also get mail pickup requests notifications to remind them of their customer's upcoming scheduled mail pickup requests.
