SphereMail provides its users with the opportunity to connect with their desired shipping carriers. However, it is not a requirement. Connection is optional and it is not a prerequisite for using the SphereMail Pre-paid Shipping Label feature.



Steps: 

  • Go to Business Settings
  • Click on the tab titled "Integration" 
  • Click on the tab titled "Shipping"
  • Select your desired shipping carrier and hit "Connect"





Connecting FedEx Account:

  • Enter your FedEx Account
  • Enter your FedEx Meter Number
  • Enter your FedEx Key
  • Enter your FedEx Password 
  • Press "Connect"



Connecting UPS Account:

  • Enter your USP User ID
  • Enter your USP Key
  • Enter your UPS Password
  • Press "Connect"
