Adding the Live Answering service is simple! Just follow the steps below so you can add it for your customers:
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- Click on the desired customer's username
- Click the tab titled "Live Answering"
- Choose the desired plan and hit Subscribe
Customers can also subscribe to this feature by following these steps:
- Customer logs in into their account
- Go to My Account
- Click Live Answering tab
- Select a plan
*Note: When the purchase process is completed the customer will be contacted to set it up and complete the process.
