To waive any fees, follow the steps below:
- Go to Business Settings
- Click on the tab titled "Coupons"
- Click on the button titled "+ Create Coupon"
- In the popup window, fill in the necessary information
*Note: Make the "Discount" field a dollar amount, not a percentage, to match the setup fee.
- Provide your new discount coupon code to your customers
- Direct your customer to the subscription page so they can sign up and subscribe
*Note: If you manually activate a customer without a credit card, SphereMail will not be able to trigger an invoice to your payment gateway.
