All of your customers' fees reflect both on the "Plans & Billing" page in their account and the "Reports" page on the platform, including the virtual phone services. The only feature that is not accounted for, is the online notary's fees because it is collected directly from the member at the time of service.
We need to charge all of our customers through another system. How will we know if a customer adds phone services to their profile so we can charge them accordingly? → Print
