The system automatically charges customers once every five days. If the customer updates their credit card on the 8th of the month, the system attempts to charge again on the 10th of the same month. The operator must wait until the next day. If the customer wants to try again manually, and the card still declined, there is an issue with the customer's card, and they would have to contact their bank.
