At the time of activation, the operator's account will be provided with 3 sample plans that can be modified at any time. But operators can also create additional plans by following the steps below:

  • Go to Business Settings and click on the tab titled "Plans":
  • Click on + Create Plan 
  • Fill out the needed information:
    • Title: the plan name.
    • Type: for Business/Organization use or Personal/Residential use.
    • Pricing: monthly billing is mandatory, but you can choose your secondary billing cycle to be either semiannual or annual.
    • Subtitle: an optional field for notes and descriptions when needed.

And to adjust plan conditions and other surcharges, head to the "Plan Conditions" tab after creating your plans.

Important notes: 

  • Newly created plans will automatically be hidden on your SphereMail portal signup page. 
  • You can show/hide plans by clicking on the eye icon next to them. 
  • You can have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 visible Business plans.
  • You can have a maximum of 4 visible Personal plans as well, but you can hide them all or not create one.
