As an operator, you can view all active and inactive customers on a quarterly basis by following the steps below:
- Log in to your SphereMail account
- Go to the section titled "Reports"
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- You'd find two tabs" Newly activate" and "Deactivated".
- Tab on any of the tabs to show details
- You will find a dropdown menu where you can select the desired quarter (Q1 Jananry - March / Q2 April - June / Q3 July - September / Q4 October - December)
- You can download the report as a PDF by clicking on the "Export PDF file" button.
- You can also download the report as a CSV file by clicking on the "Export CSV report" button.
