To manage Mail Pick-ups, follow the steps below:
- Log into your SphereMail app.
- On the Mail Center page, choose the mail in question.
- Mail Action pop-up will appear, click on 'Pick-ups'.
- Confirm the mail that you wish to pick up by clicking on 'Proceed'.
- Chosen mail will be flagged as picked up.
