To manage Junk Mail, follow the steps below:

Log into your SphereMail app.
On the Mail Center page, choose the mail in question.
Mail Action pop-up will appear, click on 'Mark as junk'.
Choose to flag as junk after 30 days (mail storage fees apply) or flag as junk now.
Chosen mail item will be flagged as junk.
