You can assign mailbox numbers manually for your customers by following the steps below:
- Click on the section titled "Customers"
- Find the customer you're looking for and click the # (hashtag) icon on their row
- Select a number you wish to assign; you can either:
- Choose one of the next available 50 numbers
- Manually type in the custom number you'd like to use*
- Click "Assign Mailbox" to apply your changes.**
*Note: The number you type in must not be assigned to any other customer. If you're trying to reassign a number assigned to a currently inactive customer, please release the number first, then follow the steps above.
**Note: If you change the mailbox number for an active customer who had already completed their Form 1583 with the original PMB#, they'll now be required to redo their form with the updated number to continue receiving mail and ensure compliance with USPS laws.
