Subscribing a customer means activating an old member and setting up their account. When you reactivate an old member, you have to update and set up their account manually.
Follow the steps below for instructions:
- Click on the section titled "Customers"
- Click on the "Inactive" tab
- Select the user you want to re-activate
- Click the button titled "Activate[user]"
- A pop-up window will appear to choose a plan and/or add a coupon
- You can also choose to have the user pay a setup fee and/or send them a welcoming email
- After you're done setting everything up, click the button titled "Activate" to activate the account
*Note: You can amend the plan the user is on by going to their account and under "Plans & Billing", make the necessary amends.
