Barcode scanning is another easy way to process mail items through our portal without manually adding information.
Follow the steps below for further instructions:
- Log in to your account on your mobile device
- Click the tab titled "Insert Single Mail"
- Scan the barcode with your mobile device and the fields will be populated automatically
- Add mail
*Note: Barcode scanning is still in beta testing at the moment, however, you can still use it. If you have any issues with it, contact SphereMail support.
