As an operator, you can view scan requests and fulfill them following the steps below:
1. Go to the section titled "Mail Center"
2. Click the icon titled "Scan Requests" in the sidebar on the left
3. You will find a list of mail items customers have requested to be scanned. You may sort the scan requests in ascending or descending order. The descending order will display the most recent requests.
4. Go to the mail item you wish to submit a scan for and click on the icon titled "Scan Mail"
5. You must scan the item and save it as a PDF on your computer first
6. Then, drag and drop the PDF into the pop-up window. Once it has loaded, the mail will appear in
the customer’s account, and they will be notified via email.
