As an operator, you can forward mail items in bulk upon the user's request:


Activate the "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service" from the user's account by following these steps:

  • Go to the section titled "Customers"
  • Search by the customer's name or mailbox# in the search bar
  • Click on the customer's username link 
  • Go to the section titled "Other Services"
  • Scroll down until you find the section titled "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service"
  • Enable the service                    


  • Switchback and go to the section titled "Mail Center" 
  • Click the icon titled "Bulk Shipping" in the sidebar on the left
  • Find the button titled "Create New GroupMail"
  • A pop-up search bar will appear, type in the mailbox# or the customer's username
  • This will populate all the mail items that could be shipped
  • Select the desired mail items, then click the button titled "Create GroupMail"
  • Proceed with forwarding and shipping the selected mail items
