As an operator, you can forward mail items in bulk upon the user's request:
First:
Activate the "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service" from the user's account by following these steps:
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- Search by the customer's name or mailbox# in the search bar
- Click on the customer's username link
- Go to the section titled "Other Services"
- Scroll down until you find the section titled "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service"
- Enable the service
Next:
- Switchback and go to the section titled "Mail Center"
- Click the icon titled "Bulk Shipping" in the sidebar on the left
- Find the button titled "Create New GroupMail"
- A pop-up search bar will appear, type in the mailbox# or the customer's username
- This will populate all the mail items that could be shipped
- Select the desired mail items, then click the button titled "Create GroupMail"
- Proceed with forwarding and shipping the selected mail items
