Activate the "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service" from the user's account by following these steps:
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- Search by the user's name or mailbox# in the search bar
- Log in as the user
- Go to the user's "My Account" page
- Go to the section titled "Other Services"
- Scroll down until you find the section titled "Bulk Mail Forwarding Service"
- Enable the service
- Proceed with forwarding and shipping the selected mail items
