As an operator, you can forward members' mail items in one envelope by following the steps below:
1. Weigh all the items for one customer, and put them into one envelope.
2. Follow the instructions for Prepaid Postage for the first item, using the weight for the group
envelope.
3. Manually forward all the other items on the platform
4. Enter $0 for postage in the manually forwarded items, since postage has already been paid.
5. Set as Forwarded
