To view shred requests and to update the mail item once the mail has been shredded follow the steps below:


1. Go to the section titled "Mail Center"

2. Click the icon titled "Shred Requests" in the sidebar on the left 
2. You will find a list of mail items customers have requested to shred. You
may sort the shred requests in ascending or descending order. To view the most recent shred
requests, sort the shred requests in descending order (arrow down).
3. Once the shred is complete, the mail item will disappear from the "Shred Requests" page
4. The customer will be not be notified via email when the shred is complete, but it will be shown as shredded in their account.
