Customers receive email notifications whenever a new mail is added. Your users will see the name of your company at the beginning of the URL and in the signature.
When all mail belonging to one customer is entered, one email is triggered containing a list of mail items in the body of the email. To notify a customer of all their mail items in a single email, follow the steps below:
1. Click the section titled "Mail Center"
2. Click on the button titled "Insert Bulk Mail"
3. After selecting a specific user, you can enter all their mail at once and then click "Create Bulk Mail to send them one single email notification with all of their mail items
