The Mailroom Notification Feature allows mail recipients to be automatically notified online of their incoming mail (postal mail and packages). They receive an email notification if they are not already logged into their account. Once logged in, the mail recipient can direct the operator as to how they would like their mail handled: scan, forward to an address, or shred, etc. As an operator, you can also offer the system for notifications only.
