Operators can view their users' virtual phone usage by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the section titled "Customers"
  2. Search for the user in the search bar
  3. Click on the customer’s username to view their account
  4. Select the tab titled "Virtual Phone Number"
  5. Scroll down and a chart of the customer's phone usage will appear at the bottom of the screen
