In order to port the SpherePhone virtual number out of the platform to another provider, the operator needs to send SphereMail a request.
If a user needs to port a number in, they can request it by going to their account and clicking the link to port the number. Be sure to fill in all the necessary information on the porting page to begin the porting process. The customer will need to have a scanned copy of their telephone bill ready too.
