Customers can have more than one forwarding address. As an administrator, you can update a user's forwarding address or add another one by following the steps below:
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- Find the user you want to add the forwarding address to and click on their username (Do not log in as a customer)
- Go to the section titled "Addresses"
- Scroll down and find the section titled "Forwarding Addresses"
- You can edit the forwarding address by clicking "Edit" or you can add another forwarding address (chargeable) by clicking "Add another forwarding address"
- Add user's desired forwarding address
