My customers are not able to request a scan or Forward?

This is because your plan is setup no offer this service. To enable these services follow these steps:
- Go to Business Settings
- Go to the tab titled "Plans"
- Click the tab titled "Plan Conditions"
- Scroll down and enable Mail forwarding and Mail scanning for your plan
