Unlike other mail services platforms that force an operator to offer this service for free, it is a standard for an operator to charge at least $3.00 per envelope photo on a basic plan. Especially since a customer can see the sender's information and the type of mail they're getting.

However, you may offer it for free by changing the price to $0.00 by following the steps below:

Go to the Business Settings section
Click on the Plans tab
Click on the tab titled "Plan Conditions"
Scroll down to find the section titled "Mail"
Go to the line item titled "Envelope picture"
Set the price to $0.00 under the plan you want to make this service free for
