When a customer is unable to log in to the SphereMail portal. Here are some of the steps to take to help them:
1- Ask the customer to use a different browser to login
2- Make sure they are attempting to login to the SphereMail platform and not other systems that may be integrated with your business
3- Make sure they are entering the correct username and password
4- Operators are able to reset their customer's passwords (see: Reset User's Password)
5- Once you reset their password, log out completely as an administrator from the system and try to log in as the customer with the password you have updated
