The live receptionist will answer the call according to a customized greeting. The greeting is prepared at the time of set up (max of 16 words). Remember that a call can only be transferred once (ie. to a landline or a mobile phone) and if it is not answered, it will go into the receiver's voicemail or redirected to a separate online voicemail. We plan to expand this service in the future by offering the ability to transfer a call to more than one person.
When the live receptionist answers, are they able to say “hello Mr. Smith, let me see if Barb is available”… and then the receptionist calls Barb before transferring the call to see if Barb is available? → Print
