The live receptionist will answer the call according to a customized greeting. The greeting is prepared at the time of set up (max of 16 words). Remember that a call can only be transferred once (ie. to a landline or a mobile phone) and if it is not answered, it will go into the receiver's voicemail or redirected to a separate online voicemail. We plan to expand this service in the future by offering the ability to transfer a call to more than one person.
