The system signs customers up automatically with a pro-rated amount, due on the first of the month, then the full amount is charged on the same date, the following month. The billing cycle is currently set to the first of the month. However, we are working to improve billing cycles to be due on the date of subscription.
Can potential customers select a designated start date for their membership when they enroll or does it sign them up automatically when they sign up online? → Print
