The customer will receive messages via email as an audio attachment (.wav file) so they can listen to messages instantaneously from their inbox.


Our friendly and professional receptionists are trained to work as an extension of your customer's staff. Their calls will be answered promptly and professionally with a customized greeting. Our receptionist will seamlessly connect your customer's caller to them wherever they are. Their calls are also answered by our receptionist and callers are transferred directly to a number of your customer's choice. The number(s) your customer's calls are patched to can be changed at any time based on their immediate need or on a set schedule.

  • Calls are answered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across time zones Eastern (ET), Central (CT), Mountain (MT), and Pacific (PT).
  • Currently not available in Atlantic (AT) or Newfoundland (NT) time zones.
  • Greetings are personalized up to a maximum of 16 words.
