Operators and customers can now communicate within the platform by clicking the chat icon at the top right corner of the screen! 


Operators can message their customers by following the steps below:

  • After logging into the platform, go to the top right corner of the screen and click the chat icon
  • You will be directed to a page titled "Message your customers" 
  • Search for the desired customer in the search bar and start the conversation


You can attach a file or delete messages at any time by clicking on the trash icon inside the message. 

*Note: Make sure to clear your browser's cache before trying to use this feature.
