We currently do not have the option to cancel a shipping label issued by mistake. However, in order to correct this action, you can delete the mail item, create a new one, then forward it to the correct address.
We realized after we printed a label that the client had our address as his forwarding address. We updated his forwarding address in SphereMail, but are wondering if there is a way to cancel the old label and issue a new one? Print
