Operators can change/update their customers' credit card information by following the steps below: 

  • Go to the section titled "Customers"
  • Search for the desired customer in the search bar
  • Click on the customer's username link
  • Go to the section titled "Plans & Billing"
  • Go to the box titled "Next Invoice" 
  • Click on the "Billing Information" link
  • This will direct you to a page where you can add or change credit card information


Customers can also update their credit card information by following the steps below:

  • Click on the "My Account" option located on the top-right corner of the screen
  • Click on the section titled "Plans & Billing"
  • Go to the box titled "Next Invoice" and click on the link titled "Billing information"
  • Click on the Add Card box
  • Add credit card information
  • Click on the Add card to save changes
