Operators can change/update their customers' credit card information by following the steps below:
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
- Search for the desired customer in the search bar
- Click on the customer's username link
- Go to the section titled "Plans & Billing"
- Go to the box titled "Next Invoice"
- Click on the "Billing Information" link
- This will direct you to a page where you can add or change credit card information
Customers can also update their credit card information by following the steps below:
- Click on the "My Account" option located on the top-right corner of the screen
- Click on the section titled "Plans & Billing"
- Go to the box titled "Next Invoice" and click on the link titled "Billing information"
- Click on the Add Card box
- Add credit card information
- Click on the Add card to save changes
