When a customer requests a forward, the operator can get in touch with the customer letting them know what the shipping amount is. We do, however, display the operator’s surcharge fee + postage. 

  • Once the postage amount is displayed for the operator, the operator may confirm the postage amount for the customer.

  • When the operator processes the forward request, they can choose the delivery option according to the expedited forward status ( when the customer wants their mail item forwarded).

*Note: The customer can view their postage amount on their invoice.
