There is a couple of ways to increase charges for a specific customer:
Once you create the desired plan, Kindly follow the below step to adjust package forwarding fees:
- Go to Business Settings
 - Go to the tab titled "Plans"
 - Click the tab titled "Plan Conditions"
 - Scroll down and to Mail forwarding.
 - Change the fees to the desirable fee
 
*Kindly note that If you increased the package fees in the current plan, This will apply to all the plan subscribers, that's why we advise creating a separate plan.

Second: Create a separate plan with higher fees to include the package forwarding service estimated fees 
- You control how much you would like to charge this customer monthly.

Third: Add a line item manually to each month's invoice for estimated service fees ( for example Physical storage fees)
You can add a line item to a customer's existing pending invoice by following the steps below: 
- Go to the section titled "Customers"
 - Search for the customer in the search bar
 - Click on the customer's username link
 - Click on the section titled "Plans & Billing"
 - Go to the desired pending invoice and click on it
 - A dropdown menu will show the pending invoice's details as well as a link titled "+ Create invoice item"
 - Click on the link to add a new line item to the invoice
 - Click on the "Create" button to save changes

Fourth: Increase the Parcel/Packages storage fees
- Go to Business Settings
 - Go to the tab titled "Plans"
 - Click the tab titled "Plan Conditions"
 - Scroll down and to Mail
 - Change the Parcel/Packages storage fees to the desirable fees
 
As an operator, you can adjust the up-charge for mail items stored for customers accordingly. This cost will only apply if the mail item is stored for longer than 30 days.
