This feature is available for $25/month, and this is the process to set it up:

  1. You provide us with the email address you'd like to replace "operator@spheremail.co" to send all the email notifications to your customers.
  2. We start setting things up on our end, which is divided into two steps:

    i. We set up your email on SendGrid, and that's when you'll receive a verification email that looks like this:

     


    You'll need to forward this verification email before it expires to both support@spheremail.co and hanaa@spheremail.co for our developers to be able to finalize the first step of setting the email up for you.

    ii. Once that step is done, our developers will move on to finalizing the process in our database, which will take 3-5 more business days for everything to be ready.
