When you create a new plan, you'll find an option to choose its type, whether it is for Business or Personal use.
This gives you more control over features and services provided to your customers:
If a customer subscribes to a Personal plan, they'll be blocked from using the following features unless they upgrade to a Business plan instead:
- Enabling and using their Business/Company Name:
- Replacing their name with their business name on invoices:
- Fill out their business information when preparing the USPS Form 1583:
This guarantees that the generated 1583 is marked for Residential/Personal use by default:
And that Box 7 remains empty:
If the customer, however, is subscribed to a Business plan, they get access to all available services and features as usual.
