I am being CC'ed on New Mail notifications to my customers, how can I deactivate this feature?
We do not currently support turning off notifications at this time.

I order a lot of supplies from FedEx. Do you have a FedEx account associated with my SphereMail account to use?
We do not offer a FedEx account for SphereMail accounts. You need to create a FedEx account to continue ordering more supplies.
